Most of the time, our ancestors didn't lead an easy life.
Nobody of a sound mind wants their descendants to have a life full of hardships.
This whole idea that we should go back and live as people did thousands of years ago isn't about honoring our ancestors.
In the end, it is to overlook what they expected for us (to thrive and have more comfort, instead of living from hand to mouth), but is also to overlook the extent of their hardships.

We all have personal anecdotes about insane things people have told us they'd change about the world to achieve their "trad" mental vision. It's usually some kind of timewarp fantasy based on a poor understanding of history or which flies completely in the face of what our ancestors wished to achieve for us. Im still scratching my head at the time I was told that obstetricians and midwives shouldn't exist because that's "modernity." Tradition is when dead mothers and babies, apparently.

Highly online men have a disturbing preoccupation with the idea that women orgasm during rape. Orgasm can be a response to stress in women or a simple stimulus-response. It is not indicative of secret desire to be raped, nor is it a form of post facto consent. Having heard survivor stories from men who were boys when they were sexually victimized either by homosexual pedophiles (redundant) or a female authority figure, a common theme I've heard is that their bodies responded against their wills, or "betrayed them" as they'll often say. The shame that comes with having had an erection or an orgasm during the abuse causes them to wonder whether they were willing participants in a situation where they could not possibly have consented. I bring up boys because for some reason, this has to be told from a male perspective to drive the point home since the idea that a physiological response doesn't equal desire or consent doesn't seem to occur to many men when the victim is female.

The entire concept of "honor" in Islam is corrupt, perverted, and based on actually dishonoring your family by exalting a jealously demonic psuedo-deity above the dignity of family, often women and young girls. It's not honor, but a bastardized interpretation of it that is unrighteous.

Transgender is not a type of person.
