Seed time

An acorn does not look like the oak tree.
An olive does not resemble its expensive oil.
Take a lesson from nature, you look nothing like what you will one day become.

Trust the progress in process and rest and rely on the mighty Hands of God.

When He creates, He makes something out of nothing. Have faith. “Greater” is in the seed that we call you.

Repeat after me:
LORD, thank you for carefully placing your great works in me. I surrender to the process of better. Make me better in every area of my life. Allow my life to please You and make You smile. I am willing to endure the seed time if I know You are carefully monitoring the health of my growth. Cover me in the soil of Your Word. Send wise encouragers to water the treasure in me. I am excited about doing life with You. Have Your way. Make something great out of me.

Isaiah 43:19
Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.

Always remember.
Never forget.
No matter how hard it starts to suck.

A beautiful brave new world lies ahead.

Trust the Process.

THE DARKNESS OF A COCOON

Have you ever been in your own version of a cocoon? It is as though darkness encompasses you as you grow weary while waiting on an answer from God? Or, are you tired of an ongoing struggle?

When you are in this place, remind yourself that God is your defense, your salvation, your strength, and your refuge. He will be with you in the darkness of your situation and He will transform you.

When the butterfly has completely developed, it will begin to break from its exterior shell. You have to let the butterfly break free and emerge on its own because with every push, little or big; it becomes stronger. The more resistanceit feels, the more blood begins to flow to its wings, giving the butterfly the power to eradicate the enclosure of its chrysalis, liberating itself to fly.

Without realizing it right now, you are in a stage of metamorphosis: growing, changing, and preparing for the next level. You will never be the same. Sometimes God will put resistance in your path on purpose. Trust the process of growth and wait on the Lord.

Prayer: Lord, I pray that you will make me into Your image. Change me from the inside out. Help me grow. I desire to go to the next level, so, help me trust the process of the season I am in and help me wait on You.

Revelation 2:10
Don't worry about what you will suffer. The devil will throw some of you into jail, and you will be tested and made to suffer for ten days. But if you are faithful until you die, I will reward you with a glorious life.

I finally understand what this Q drop was all about. All I had to do was read the Bible.

"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not" (Galatians 6:9).

Heavenly Father, You are so good. We thank you for your grace. We realize we are in the biggest spiritual war of our lifetimes. Lord we are tired. Your Word says we should come to Jesus if we are weary and heavy laden, and You will give us rest. We come to You right now and ask to give us rest. Help us lay our burdens down at your feet. We choose right now to take YOUR yoke of rest upon us, which is easy; and we know our burden, which is light.

We Speak out loud and command strength into our spirit. We confess to you any ways in which we have been weary in well doing (in any area of our life). We repent for any way we have become weary or fainted along the way.

Fill us with Your Spirit and raise us up again. We Verbally command strength into our spirit. We command strength into our body, soul, and spirit in Jesus' name! We are filled with the joy of the Lord, which is our strength! And we speak to our soul, and say: 'Soul, line up with our spirit, which is filled with God's Holy Spirit, in Jesus' name!"

Lord help us to stick with it; to keep doing whatever You have asked us to do. Fill us with Your Spirit of grace and supplication and help us get victoriously through the rest of these days of praying for breakthrough. We ask You to renew a right spirit in us if we need a renewed spirit. We ask You to help us not to be weary in well doing.

Take away our old heart of stone and give us a new heart—Jesus' heart of flesh. Help us reap every harvest You desire to give us. Help us not to faint along the way! Father we choose to rest our emotions, heart, mind, and everything else in You while we continue to seek You. We won't strive or worry; We will just seek You and continue praying, leaving things in Your hands and trusting You to do what we ask. Thank You for all these things in Jesus' name!
