Got my artist friend to do some art for an NFT project. Gave him a good cut (40k). After I paid him, he ghosted the project, even though we needed him to create more content post-mint. The project died and he's since ghosted me IRL and now hangs out with other friends.

I borrowed 30k€ from my father to cover the electricity costs for my miners so I didn't have to sell ETH cheap. I lost the 30k in a crypto casino and ended up selling my ETH to cover the electricity. I still owe my father 30k.

Web3 investors from overseas come to our country (3rd world) because of the huge unbanked numbers and traction of crypto. They hold meetups and workshops to steal ideas and bring them back as Web3 projects. They fuck local communities over with the principles of Web3 being open.

Spent close to half my father's crypto on NFTs with nearly all those projects going to zero. Had one lucky break this past month and recouped over 30ETH to get his stack back. Haven't felt more relieved and stupid in my life.
