Dear Community,

First and foremost, thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigated through some critical developments over the past few weeks. We apologize for the delay in our updates. These recent challenges demanded our full attention and resources to ensure compliance and stability within our operations. Unlike many others in this space, we prioritize compliance and transparency, reflected in our operation through a registered company in the BVI (Diamond Hands Consulting LTD).

Please note, our launch and liquidity are completely unaffected, and everything will be marching forward as planned. The only change will be in our touted DAO, which, in the grand scheme of things, we imagine most holders aren't too concerned about. Since the DAO is not part of our launch, for now we can put that to one side.

What we've been doing
• Our strategic marketing efforts have been immensely successful, growing our SSB call channel to an impressive 66,000+ members. This is only the beginning.
• Work on version 1 of the public-facing ssb.io is now largely completed.
• Our secret utility project is showing substantial progress. We've intentionally kept this project under wraps. Prepare yourself for a nice surprise at launch.
• The website for our new token is ready and will be launching soon.

A recap of some important information
• The dollar value of everyone's tokens has been frozen at the trading price that $swap and $ssb last traded at.
• Despite the decline in BNB value, your tokens retain their dollar value at the time of writing.
• Considering the price of $swap tripled in dollar value shortly before the tokens were paused, many of you will be well-positioned by the freeze.

Project safety
• All project liquidity is safe.
• Our track record in safeguarding funds over the years speaks for itself.
• When our new token launches, the liquidity will be locked. You will be able to verify this yourself on any website on the day we launch.
• We have a long history of doing the right thing by our community, and we will continue to do so.

The plan ahead
• We will be helping a couple of memecoins with promotion this month on the SSB call channel. The more successful these are, the more it will attract hype for the launch of our token and grow the channel to new heights.
• We plan to wrap up work on our unrevealed utility project and tie up loose ends, such as the new mascot which was put on the back burner.
• With some luck and good timing, we'll ride the next wave up with Bitcoin for the launch later this month or next month.
• As a recap, the relaunch is a fresh start. Our 3-pronged approach will be the growth of Satoshi Street Bets as a community, the growth of our utility project, ssb.io and dex, and establishing our reputation as a hub for launching successful memecoins.

Lastly, we've created a temporary channel @ssb_updates for informal, bite-sized snippets of information about what's going on. Less important things will be posted there and its purpose is just to show that things are alive in between our main updates

Our token $SSB has now been deactivated and is in a permanently frozen state. Liquidity has also been withdrawn from the liquidity pool, so do not try to buy or sell $SSB as it has been disabled.

We are now deploying the claims portal for $SSB token holders to register their claim for the new token we are launching! This portal will become available within the next few hours, and the full details will be provided in our next post

1. Temporary Pause & Group Relaunch
We are pausing @SatoshiStreetBets for a couple of days in preparation of it's re-launch as a general crypto chat group open to all for newly released meme coins and general crypto degeneracy. LFG!

2. SSBcoin move
Going forwards all dedicated SSB Coin discussion is now housed over at @SSBcoinHQ and it's corresponding announcement channel @SSBCoin_announcements. Please request to join that group and channel if you are an SSB Coin holder and want a group dedicated to SSB Coin

3. Clearing Join Queue
We have a few thousand people queued up in "Join Requests" for @SatoshiStreetBets who've been waiting to be accepted from the past few months. We'll be working through this manually and adding all these people in over the next couple of days and then switching to an automatic join system. We're also doing the same with @SSBcoinHQ

4. Upcoming Calls & Promos
The bull market has brought multiple projects to our doorstep, seeking our expertise in marketing meme coins. Both existing and new projects. Stay tuned to @SatoshiStreetBetsAnnouncements for upcoming calls, AMA sessions and promotions. 5. Our Mission & Vision
Why are we doing this? SSB built it's foundation on being a general meme coin community and we're going to be working throughout the year to grow it as a the number 1 crypto destination for AMA's, new coin launches and general crypto chat. 6. Exciting Developments Ahead
This is all tying together with the upcoming v2 release of the SSB price-charting token-tracking app SSB io as well as the roll out of the SSB rewards programme which you can expect to commence in February.
