just wanna complain at how hok charged us $20 for courier yet used easyparcel as their service & the delivery guy just left the parcel at my door when no one was at home (& he didn't inform me that it was delivered i found out thru the tracking no. itself 🫤) so yes $260 worth of albums were just left at the door unattended 🙃 hok rly tryna mess it up from start to end hais....
