2. Once inside your account, click "Your Active Products/Services."

3. The next screen is the "Product Details" page. Please click the “Request Cancellation” button on the left-hand column on that page.

4. You can choose to have your service terminated immediately or at the end of your billing cycle. You will see a message that will confirm your cancelation request.

REFUNDS for UNN Subscriptions:**

**You qualify for a refund if you cancel your subscription within the first ten days of an annual subscription or the first five days of a monthly subscription.
