body-shaming is still an issue that is quite troubling for everyone. so many people with an earlier doing body shaming without realizing that their actions are despicable. they words, heart, have an impact on lowering self-confidence and mental health. body-shaming makes it seem as if humans are only judged by their physical appearance without looking at other aspects. people who have set certain standards are made to subconsciously project them onto others. this causes everyone to look 'in accordance with the wishes of some people. in fact, all people being must have their own uniqueness. can we stop this despicable act? what a shame that people are too easy to do body shaming other people #spreadloveandkindness
