جشن ۹۵ سالگی پیتر لنکستر

پیتر لنکستر (Peter Lancaster) متولد ۱۴ نوامبر ۱۹۲۹ یک ریاضیدان برجسته بریتانیایی-کانادایی است. او استاد بازنشسته دانشگاه کلگری است که از سال ۱۹۶۲ مشغول به‌کار بوده‌است.

تحقیقات وی بر آنالیز ماتریسی و زمینه‌های مرتبط متمرکز بوده که برآمده از مسائلی از تئوری ارتعاشات، آنالیز عددی، نظریه سیستم‌ها و  پردازش سیگنال است.

پیتر ۵ سال پیش گفته‌است برای زندگی خود تا ۱۰۲ سالگی برنامه ریزی کرده است!!!

در این سن، اسکی هم می‌کند!!!
