We are encouraged to grow in spiritual maturity by advancing in the teachings of Christ

From Milk to Strong Meat

The basic doctrine of Christ is our foundation (understanding who Jesus is, what Jesus has done for us, the gospel, etc.)

We are to always remember and return to this— but this is not where we stop

We are to advance in spiritual maturity in hopes that expanding our understanding of Christ and the Word may draw us closer to God

We are to grow in Christ— To increase in knowledge of Christ and to become more constant in love and obedience in our relationship with him (as well as those around us, both our neighbors and enemies)

Lord, help us all press on to spiritual maturity. Amen

friend and for the resolution of her problem. She is in the Middle East,.. and needs to return to Texas. Her name is Lisa Ann. Obviously, as you are aware the Middle East is not the safest place right now. But,.. in fact, the entire world has been turned upside down and it is trembling, shaking terribly.

Also, please pray for me here in the forest of Louisiana. Pray for my continued safety.
