These things are purely libtoad kitsch. A performative jerkoff that makes them feel like quirky cute cottagecore little bumpkins under the reading rainbow.

But they're filled with the gayest most chicken-soup-for-the-brainlet-soul goober schlock that nobody even reads. They're just decorations to exchange for dopamine hits.

I'll answer this in three parts:

Firstly: Larping hard enough +Time is indistinguishable from real tradition. Just ask the Romantic era Scotts.
Were the post-bronze age Greeks not true to their Greek culture because they forgot how to write Linear-B script and built structures in a style not worked by mason hand for 300 years? Of course not. The highest Greek culture came after they had lost most of it and invented their own stuff

The Boers are making a 'traditional' dress in Orania. Said dress is 80% a modern invention in their own words. The actual Voortrekker Boers were never wealthy enough to have a 'traditional' dress. All clothes of theirs were historically work clothes or at best the traditional Sunday best of the Dutch.

Secondly: While the musical tradition for the Anglo has been in great part severed, compared to the mainland Germanic due to the peculiarities of historical forces, we're also generally unaware of our living, unbroken culture that has existed through the ages and is with us even today because we're a fish in the water of our ancient culture. The Nips wear our war suits as their business wear and the world speaks our tongue. We're not removed from our culture, we're sometimes denied, sure, but more often just unaware of how much it marches with us even today.

Thirdly, much like a march is an expression of implied political violence, music, dances, and such traditions are an expression of claimed space. The arab blasting shitty music in public claims that space for him and his people because he knows that nobody will challenge him. Much the same goes for 'culture'.
One Morris dancer is a curiously clothed faggot, 20 of them plus a band is folk culture and a respected ancient tradition. One Viking pagan larper with a thor's hammer is a lolcow waiting to happen, 100 thousand of them in an amphitheatre is a source of Latvian pride.

You create tradition by leading and getting others to follow. Just make a start, and be prepared to sing often, and loud.
