MeetUP AI is a strong project and you are already part of it.

We are a few weeks away from launching our beta AI Bot as scheduled and we did a successful secured presale this week for our token $MEET. By working hard and spending a lot of money, we created the perfect conditions for launch. Full of marketing activities from competitions to several AMAs, influencers etc. We did the distribution of presale tokens and we gave an extra 5% cashback on BNB direct to the wallets of max presale investors.

Unfortunately at launch, we had a problem with the contract that didn’t allow anyone to trade our tokens. We tried to find a solution, but the contract had a series of functions which when executed couldn’t reverted and was impossible to be fixed. We were transparent and involved also the presale-world platform immediately and they also confirmed the flaw.

Yesterday after hours of team meetings and later with our private investors, we made some important decisions for the future development of the project.

Our initial thought was to launch again, with a new contract, by transferring the liquidity and re-Airdropping the tokens to presallers and private investors. This would require of course a new marketing cycle, so as to attract again investors, using the presale marketing funds held as protection by presale-world.

Unfortunately, the presale-world team, decided in a few hours to activate the pool protection refund, leaving us with no marketing funds and less choices. Presale-world team worked also hard, together with us and helped a lot during the presale period. They have a fast evolving platform, but they got impatient at their end leaving no time and later space to re-launch a recovery plan.

By compensating via the pool protection scheme, two things has happened. Presale people by accepting 30% refund in compensation, are accepting their risk and legally cannot have further claims. On the project’s side, these were marketing funds which could have been used for immediate recovery actions. On top we received suffocating persuasions from private investors asking also for compensation up to 30% and some wanted an exit. Meanwhile we are in debt to marketers, influencers etc, while various other services are still pending to be paid.

As you realise, launching now without marketing it would be a disaster. No new investors will occur, while everyone would rush to get rid of their tokens, from presale to investors, which would essentially mean an inside rug-pool of the liquidity.

The most important asset of our project is our AI bot and this should be protected at all cost. $MEET will be the utility token to monetize and transact for using our services. Having these in mind, after several discussions over ideas and possible solutions, we took the decision below.

We will relaunch $MEET at a later time when he have a final beta of MeetUp AI bot version and is live for anyone to use. It's the only way to win back investor’s confidence and have a successful launch for our utility token.

For now we agreed to compensate up to the point we can, all parties private investors, influencers who are waiting to be paid from the marketing wallet unlock (which no longer exists) and other services.

We also have all the presale wallet addresses so on our new $MEET launch, we will honour and airdrop the full percentages of tokens, even they have been partially refunded or got an extra cashback.

The chat on telegram will remain closed until MeetUp AI bot is ready for beta testing and open trial registrations. You realize we cannot tolerate any more FUDing which will only harm the project and those who invested in it.

We will continue working hard to change the current sentiment. We have invested a lot of time, talent and money and we will prove it to everyone.

We really apologize for yesterday. We know that you've been so hyped for launch. Trading enabled on time but no one was able to swap. There is an incorrect contract function which can't be fixed.

We are not here to scam anyone! We added pool protection, sent Cashbacks, spent so much for marketing and services. Rest assured that we will find the best solution for all!
