He provided testimony to @DrStevenGreer and later to the whole world via the 2001 National Press Conference organised by Dr. Greer and his Disclosure Project team, during his testimony he held up a blow-up of a schematic he had illustrated of a lenticular shaped vehicle, a typical flying saucer.
