good morning, i am here to address the message that was sent in the wtt/wts/wtb group! i only found out about this ystd afternoon so i needed time to work out a feasible solution to account to all my buyers!

firstly, i would like to sincerely apologize for the delays + inconvenience caused to all the buyers! if u have read my ss, i have been quite IA recently since its my final year of studies! i also acknowledge my oversight on taking on more orders that what i could actually handle, hence the need to address this. of course i can fully understand and resonate with every single buyer on their concerns and the seriousness of this situation.

i wont be going into details with the situation btwn me and my own proxy, but as of the last site which is everline LDs, i have not been rendering the kadd service and have shifted to another kadd as of nov-dec last year, hence some of you were able to receive certain GOs/pobs quite quickly 👍🏻 i will not disclose the reason for this move but u may pm me directly for more info! (just fyi, ssg is NOT affected by this as it was directly shipped to sg + jadd!)

i understand the distress + worries caused by the message sent ystd, please do not disturb the kadd admins and redirect your queries to me instead because their job is only to pack and send out the items for shipping, they are just doing their due diligence and i acknowledge that, they are also trying their best to avoid the worst case scenario!

to mitigate the issue, i have already since paid for the shipment containing majority of the LD sites (to name: some of makestar + apmu LDs, jump up lds, withmuu lds and all of everline ld (i utd many of the everline ld buyers claimed from magicshop!) + payment proof will be attached below!

i will be collecting sp for the LDs + other GO listed via google forms. please look at the the hashtags listed in the form carefully before filling the form! for the remaining GOs such as snowshop SSG, a separate sp form will be attached, so please fill and pay the form accordingly! (link will be attached with paym proof!)

i am working to get the remainder of the sites especially starriver, counting stars, everline and beatroad from the first round of GOs shipped out asap, i will keep my spreadsheet updated once any shipping begins.

my pms will be open to address any questions/queries you have and i will try my best to respond asap, do understand that its my final year and i will prioritise my studies over anything else. anyone else in my shoes would do the same, so its not that i dont want to respond but given the current situation, i will respond all queries within 48 hrs!

please note that i will lock and reorganise the spreadsheet for the week since there will be new ETA for the shipment i just paid!

to every single buyer/gom who came forward to offer solutions + help me and reduce the load, i really greatly appreciate your concern & help!

to all affected buyers, i apologize once again for any inconvenience caused as a result of this! i will definitely continue to improve and learn from this episode to prevent such events from taking place again.
