Today, we work on another AstroX wallet, detailing all the transactions and expenses one by one. We are working on the accounts going back to the very start, this is a long winded process. Like many other BSC tokens, we did not keep records of all payments. We will get there, wallet by wallet. We are also working on the full public company statement to account for everything that has happened and the reason and thinking at the time behind decisions. To be able to provide the clarity you all are looking for, we are spending time categorizing transactions and attempting to compile a financial summary, from historical transaction records, that can be shared with the community, in due course.

We believe this to be the most critical next step, as most of the affected community wants to better understand how funds were spent & how we got to a point where AstroX lacked the funding to continue operations.

This is a monumental task, with many months worth of transactions and project expenses, a multi-phase raise & admittedly poorly documented accounting records available.  Again, we appreciate your continued patience.  Know that more information and hopefully clarity is coming.

It looks bad right now, but hopefully by the end of the closure - many will see that There was no intentional scam, just a bunch of bad mistakes by a depressed team trying to save a project. We always intended to make a game and market that game. We are still battling with the game devs to at least get the game code of what was paid for so far. We will reveal what we were up against, the delays, the tech failures of the CA - detail all the mistakes from all of us - and give you an understanding as to why we are where we are.

We know everyone is angry and upset right now, and of course you have full rights to be. You put our trust in us as a business opportunity, and we have failed. There have been many mistakes along the way, all the way from the top directors through to the entire team.

Thai next phase is about full blown honesty, admitting the mistakes in hindsight as to why we are here, and showing you exactly what has happened, why we thought the way we did at each stage, and why the project has ultimately now gone bankrupt.

Over the past few months, as you know, we've faced numerous technical & operational challenges. These challenges, coupled with a series of unforeseen late circumstances, have strained our resources and capabilities.

We tried to make some fast moves to try save the project, but over the last few days, as we sat down as directors and with the project lead support after months of stress and depression fighting and battling with technical CA errors, game devs, realising our own mistakes , failed IM product launch - we finally realised that the project is just not going to be able to move forward.

We've fought hard to rectify these issues and to put AstroX back on a path to success. We have always been passionate about building and making this project a success despite what everyone thinks right now. Despite our best efforts and exhaustive exploration of all potential solutions, we find ourselves at a crossroads.

Due to the magnitude of the issues we're facing, and without additional funding, we've determined that it will not be possible to successfully re-launch AstroX. It's with a heavy heart that we announce that AstroX, as a project, will be shutting down and dissolving.

In line with our commitment to transparency, we'd like to share a few updates:

We have retained Assure DeFi as a consultant to aid in proper project shutdown and to serve as an advocate for you as token holders to ensure it is done in the right way.

Remaining assets of AstroX will be used first to pay off our creditors & handle associated costs with proper project closure.

Once all liabilities have been settled, if there are any remaining assets, we will devise a plan to return them to our token holders.

This decision has not been made lightly. We believe it is the most responsible course of action, given our current financial status and the complexities of our current challenges.

We understand the disappointment and frustration this announcement may cause. We share in your feelings. Our team has put significant time, energy, and heart into AstroX, and we deeply regret that we cannot continue the journey we started together.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support, patience, and understanding throughout this journey. Your involvement in AstroX has been the lifeblood of this project, and we are truly sorry that we couldn't fulfil the vision we set out to achieve.
