OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE $CAPS DUMP INCIDENT

The Capshort team issues an official announcement to users regarding the unexpected token price drop on January 19. As previously stated, the Capshort team has spent time investigating and addressing the issue. Please read the following carefully:

1. Cause:

- After listing $CAPS on MEXC, at 8:15 AM UTC, token-claiming activities on two launchpad platforms, Spores Network and Kommunitas, took place.

- Subsequently, at 08:22 AM UTC, two wallet addresses purchased an equal amount of tokens worth approximately 2,857,142 CAPS (equivalent to around $40,000 at IDO purchase registration). They exhibited abnormal behavior by transferring them to a single wallet before moving them to MEXC to initiate the sale of CAPS tokens.

- At 08:28 AM UTC, the same two wallet addresses purchased an equal amount of tokens worth approximately 1,428,570 (equivalent to around $20,000 at IDO purchase registration), converted them to CAPS tokens, and transferred them to a single wallet before proceeding to sell CAPS tokens on MEXC.

- Furthermore, it is noteworthy that numerous wallet addresses purchased tokens, but only one wallet received them. The following wallet received over 1,537,521 CAPS (equivalent to around $20,000 at IDO purchase registration) during the initial claim.

2. Explanation:

- The total $CAPS on the Spores Network amounts to $150,000. Three wallets received funds, with a value of $80,000 at the IDO purchase. Subsequently, this amount was dumped, causing a panic sell-off of CAPS tokens and impacting Capshort's image and reputation.

- Following the transfer of tokens to MEXC and the continuous selling of CAPS by the suspected party, directly affecting our investors' sentiment, investors began requesting refunds for over 80% of the initially raised funds.

- Regarding the Capshort team's actions, we have conducted a buyback of over 14,194,274 CAPS from MEXC. We affirm that we have not sold any CAPS from within the Capshort team because:

- We will not compromise the image and integrity of Capshort, a product built from the downtrend period to the present, with over 150,000 app downloads and a community of 25,000 users. Capshort has documented all evidence and transactions related to this fraudulent incident. Investors can verify all wallet holders below that we previously distributed to determine whether we have sold any tokens.

3. Resolution:

- In the near future, we will continue to develop the Capshort product, including the Capshort App and Capshort web app, to realize our vision of becoming a social GameFi platform. We remain committed to contributing features and creative innovations to our community through the Capshort App and all related events.

- The Capshort team will continue to buy back the remaining CAPS tokens on the market and address the consequences of the MEXC listing. However, we cannot disclose our buyback plan due to the significant number of manipulated wallets continuously selling CAPS in the market.
