App development goals for the next week

🔸Next week we will begin to set up a backend PHP server to handle API calls between the app and various sources, and creating our database.

🔸That will be second priority after getting last few bugs fixed, and dashboard/account value graph working.

In the meantime, the design team is putting the finishing touches on the app style guide.

Below is a preview of the prototype, showcasing what it will look like at launch - with some minor improvements to come.

🤩HOME3 Weekly App Development Report🤩

*✅Completed:
🔸"Saved Properties" feature and screen. This will allow users to save properties to view later and sort them by different criteria.
🔸"Alerts" screen now working. On app startup it will query the API for any changes to the price or status of saved homes and alert users. Property details can also be viewed through clicking these alerts.
🔸New facelift for the dashboard when users aren't signed in (to be further expanded upon later).
🔸*Updated connected "Dashboard" screen.

*⏳In progress:
🔸*We are expanding the functions to allow the AI to interact with the app, a current limitation is it being able to "see" what's on screen.
This expansion will allow users to communicate their needs to it, and query the app for a specific search with appropriate filters.

*🗒Goals for the next week:
🔸Get the AI to be able to manipulate the filters and search fields on the users behalf based on communications with the assistant while on the search page.
🔸Properly load price changes for assets inside the wallet and implement a line graph on the dashboard to track account value over time.
🔸*Database and server setup to start building a proper backend to act as a middle man between the app and various API sources.

Outside of a few features soon to be implemented, HOME3 app is at a stage where it offers almost everything that more traditional and/or established property apps offer - with a lot more to come.

Starting next week, I will be utilizing a Youtube channel where i will post a weekly video/podcast, many times by myself, and sometimes with guests, where we will discuss not only SUITE3/HOME3, our development progress, our plans, etc. but where I will also educate the crypto community at large about tokenization and fractionalization, the benefits of it to the world, how we can solve #RWP with #RWA and #AI, and what SUITE3/HOME3 is doing to utilize those technologies to help people all over the world. I will seek out experts in the #RWA and Real Estate fields to come have conversations with me about where they see the #RWA sector going and how they believe Real Estate can best be mated with the blockchain.

I believe that these videos will not only serve as updates and information for our community, but also will attract many others to our project as they will see and hear about the innovative products that we are developing.

Target date for first video release is June 21, 2024. After which I expect to release a video/podcast weekly.

Andrej has already spoken about some of the things to come last night, but we have a lot planned over the next few days and weeks to spread the word even more.

I'm sure you are all wondering what the next steps will be, now that we have successfully launched the new brand and the token. Well, here we go...

Our treasury is building nicely, which is going to allow us to fund the plans we have laid out for your all over the last few weeks.

As you all know, we are doing a complete rebuild/re-design of the real estate app, in fact it will be an entirely new app. The framework and databases involved in a project this size are enormous, and thus we expect the development to take 3-6 months. We will be aiming for the closer end of that, however. We will have weekly team (development) updates in the form of VC, Twitter Spaces, Q & A, etc.

Given the limbo time that we will have between now and the release of the app, the team has decided to surprise the community with something we think is very exciting!

We are currently on the hunt for our first property. We have a few locations in mind that we are narrowing down, but we are considering the southern coast of Spain. We are seeking out a property that can be rented in an AirBnB type setting so that we can also utilize it for HOME3 periodically for giveaways, collaborations, and get togethers.

It will be an income producing property in a tourist area that will serve as a test case for our system of fractionalization / tokenization. It will also be the first revenue producing venture for HOME3.

The best part? We are going to offer this property to our loyal holders - for free! All of our holders will be gifted an equity position in the property in the form of tokens or an NFT (yet to be decided).

This will be a freely tradeable asset with an income stream attached to it that you can hold long term or trade on RWA exchanges. HOME3's gift to YOU for being a loyal holder!
