Requirements

Mandatory Requirements

A bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably a master's degree).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps.
Fluency in Amharic and at least a basic level of English.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and self-motivation.
Desirable Requirements

Educational background in Statistics, Economics, IT, Project Management, Human Rights, Law, International Development, or related fields.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Previous experience or coursework in monitoring and evaluation is a plus.
