For the better part of 2 years, I have been struggling to know why I feel unable to get on the track and achieve my righteous personality. It’s such a shame how so far I could not cope with my irresponsible nature and keep my uncontrollable dopamine balanced that insisted me to waste my invaluable hours on unnecessities, like meaningless reels on Instagram, listening to light music and draining into the depth of overthinking about my dark and unforeseeable future! I have made too many efforts to find a driving force and inner strength to stimulate myself to make positive changes in my life, but, regrettably, all of them ended up with immediate failure probably due to my laziness and inconsistency. Now, the present moment that I am breathing feels like an urgent action that must be taken to be switch on the labour-intensity, responsibility, perseverance and autonomy buttons in my brain without any further ado – otherwise, I will turn out to fail in finding a way to reform my weak and powerless character, sadly. Guys, I have already had to acknowledge that I am one of the most useless and unmotivated man. However, owing to a feeling of fear not be ashamed of my painful truth, I preferred to hide dark sides of myself. From today, I will give my poor “Abror” word: “I will not let myself get negligent and lazy anymore and try to understand myself in deep, InshaAllah! That’s honestly difficult for me to unearth my real version, but I feel extremely obliged to do so, guys!

This is not a positive development because when children spend their all day playing games on their computer or gaming console, they will develop not only a number of health concerns but also behavioural problems. In my opinion, they ought to allocate more time to doing sports outside or engaging in more energetic outdoor activities.
As far as the benefits of outdoor games are concerned, they are health-promoting for children; physical fitness and mental well-being of kids will be improved as long as they get actively involved in such open-air activities as mountaineering, snowboarding and tag games.
