We have released an update to allow users to disable Stripe in your dashboard so that it no longer appears on your payment page. Unlinking your Stripe account is not required.

To use it go to https://powerchat.live/creator-dashboard?tab=payment-integrations If you have a Stripe account linked you will see a toggle slider with the text next to it "Stripe Enabled". It is on by default. If you wish to disable the Stripe button from appearing on your payment page, toggle this slider off and click save. Re-enabling is the same but in reverse.

Update regarding Stripe services:

As of November 2nd, 2023 Powerchat.Live began experiencing a complete and site-wide outage of all Stripe services, including OAuth account linking, Stripe Express account creation, and all payment related services that rely on Stripe.

The cause of this outage is because the Powerchat.Live account was closed by Stripe unexpectedly and without reason. For the last week we have done our very best to communicate with Stripe and give them a chance to rectify the situation behind closed doors, and while we are still hopeful that the situation can be resolved, we feel it is important to update the community and our loyal userbase about the situation.

Our business has had a long-standing relationship for years with Stripe and we believe that our service, our account, and our interactions with Stripe are in total compliance with Stripe's Terms of Service and Policies. We have not yet been notified of the reason for the closure of the account.

For those of you that rely on Stripe and Powerchat for the operation of your streaming business, we sincerely apologize for the interruption. Please rest assured that we have and are doing everything in our power to restore operation to Stripe services, as well as exploring alternative payment solutions that may fit ours and your needs.

ATTENTION! Powerchat is experiencing a site wide outage of all Stripe related services. We understand this is inconvenient for those of you who rely on Stripe monetarily, but please rest assured that we are working hard to resolve the situation. We will update with more information when we are able to do so.

We are so happy to announce that we have a lot of treats for all of you with our latest update which rolled out earlier this evening. This update adds many, many new features to the site including the much-requested Rumble integration. We believe we are the first platform of our kind to support Rumble, and we hope all of you out there that use Rumble will enjoy this enhancement to your Rumble streaming experience.

Additionally, in our last update we released a Followers feature. The feature at that time had no real function other than allowing you to build a following, however it will now be able to send all of your followers an email whenever you go live on any of your linked platforms with Powerchat.Live. This email is automated and does not require any additional interaction by you the streamer.

You will also notice a new tab on your Powerchat page called "About" as well as a section on your main payment page which we are calling your "Motto". With these new features, you can set up a custom list of all of your links, set a description for your page/streaming career, as well as set a motto that will appear on your payment page when people click on your link. In this way, users can easily interact with all of your content and engage in monetization all in one place. Convenient!

Finally, we've overhauled our crypto payment system entirely. We have moved away from our old system and migrated to a new one. The new system has allowed us to support many new coins including: BTC, DOGE, ETH, LTC, TFUEL, USDC, and XMR. While these are the only coins we have added at this time, the new system will enable us to slowly add on to this list with many additional crypto currencies so that users can send Crypto to you in the currency of their choosing. Best of all, it all gets automatically converted to litecoin for payouts using your existing linked litecoin wallet, so you only have to receive and manage on one wallet. For those of you that had a balance in our system previously, we will be paying out that balance to you over the next coming days from the old system.

These are just a few of the highlights of the update that merit explanation, but the full list of changes is below:

We just launched a major update!

We've been working hard the last month or so and we are proud to announce that we now support YouTube integration! You can now link your YouTube account to your Powerchat account and begin receiving on screen alerts for subscribers, member joins, and superchats as well as integrate your livechat into our livechat overlay system. This is an important milestone as Powerchat now supports all of the major streaming platforms - but dont worry, we still have more to come in the future! To link your YouTube account simply head into your Creator Dashboard on Powerchat, select the External Integrations tab, and click the Link button. This will take you through the OAuth linking process where you can log into your Google account via Google.

In addition to YouTube, Powerchat now also supports Kick Subscriber alerts, chat badges for most major platforms (Trovo, Twitch, Kick), and we even now have the ability for you to begin garnering a following on Powerchat itself. This system currently has only the functionality of allowing people to follow and unfollow Powerchat users, however we have big plans for this feature so stay tuned. These features require no action to use on a streamer's part as they are already implemented into your existing overlays and settings.

We are very close to being able to release our YouTube integration, however we have had some difficulty testing certain functionality due to YouTube monetization restrictions. We believe Kick chat integration should be fixed now - if you have any problems going forward with the Kick chat please dont hesitate to reach out to us in the discord or via email.

We are currently aware of an issue affecting Kick chat integration due to an unannounced update by Kick to their backend services. We are working to adapt to their new system and will try to have a hotfix for the issue as soon as possible. We apologize for any interruption this may cause to your streams in the short term.
