Xeggex Security Breach Update

Following the recent security breach involving Xeggex, we want to provide a brief update. The Xeggex team has released an additional statement on their Twitter account but unfortunately, it does not provide substantial new information beyond what we already know.

We understand the urgency and concern within the community, and we are closely monitoring the situation. As soon as more detailed or actionable information becomes available, we will promptly relay it to you.

In the meantime, we continue to urge caution and recommend avoiding sending transactions to Xeggex until the situation is fully resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to address this issue.

🚨 Important Update: Xeggex Security Incident 🚨

Dear Community,

We want to inform you about a recent update from Xeggex.com. Earlier today, they shared the following message regarding a security incident:

“Dear users, in this hard time our CEO was hacked, and he lost access to his Telegram account and the Xeggex community group. At this time, we still don’t know all the details about the incident. What’s important is that we have successfully locked down wallets, so user funds are safe. Login issues are currently ongoing as we have disconnected the database from the network to examine everything thoroughly. More detailed news will follow once we have a clearer picture of the situation."

Unfortunately, there is no further information available at this time. We were hoping to provide updated details from Xeggex, but they have not yet released any additional public statements.
