STRICT SELF-DISCIPLINE

If you make a mistake, you must punish yourself harshly so that you wil not repeat it once again. Bad mistakes are prone to produce dopamines we like to do again and again. In my opinion, if smo punish himself, he hesitates to do it again. Otherwise, it would be common situation to do bad action. Ultimately, it leads to bad habits, which drain your energy and end up with dissapointment and failure.

I have, for instance, one bad habit, which I can't give up no matter how hard I try. So, I decided to punish myself with not sleeping on this day. It is hopefully going to work out!!!
