Unlocking student potential is one of the key values at the heart of Brookes Moscow. Through a diverse range of opportunities, we help students discover their passion, develop their character, and understand their connection to others and society. From an ad-hoc, fun lunchtime 'jam' Selina has since taken on the opportunity to perform at our recent Speech Day & Prize Giving Ceremony and now captured her talents on screen, with a live recording at a local music studio. We are delighted to support Selina's development as an artist, and look forward to her many performances at our school. BeCreative, Be Brookes!

Из случайного, веселого «джема» во время обеда Селина получила возможность выступить на недавнем Дне вручения призов, а теперь запечатлела свои таланты в видео клипах, записав их вживую в местной музыкальной студии. Spooktacular End to First Half Term at Brookes Moscow!
Our International School community celebrated the end of the first half term in style with a fantastic Autumn Festival! Students traded their usual uniforms for creative and spooky costumes, bringing extra excitement to our last day before the break.
The day was packed with festive activities across all year groups. Our younger students enjoyed a thrilling Trick or Treat hunt around the school, while Year 5 students showcased their impressive end-of-unit projects. The highlight of the day was undoubtedly the costume parade, where students and staff displayed their imaginative outfits, with special awards presented to the most outstanding costumes.
The celebration included engaging assemblies that brought our whole school community together, making it a memorable way to wrap up the first half of the term.
We're incredibly proud of everyone's achievements during this first half term and would like to wish all our students and academic staff a well-deserved and relaxing break. See you back refreshed and ready for new adventures!

Unleash Your Voice: Media Studies at Brookes Moscow
In today's digital world, understanding media is crucial. At Brookes Moscow, our Media Studies program empowers students from Year 7 to 11 to become creators and critical thinkers in modern communication.
Our curriculum balances theory and practice. Year 10 students produce their own magazines, developing business plans and pitches for real-world publishing experience. In Year 11, focus shifts to film analysis and filmmaking, culminating in an E-Portfolio that showcases each student's growth and serves as a valuable tool for university applications and future careers.
Projects range from podcast creation to designing social media campaigns. Students explore journalism ethics, advertising psychology, and media's societal impact. They engage in debates about media representation and fake news, gaining a global perspective on information sharing.
By program completion, Brookes students are equipped to navigate the complex media landscape with critical thinking skills, creativity, and ethical understanding. Whether designing magazine layouts or analysing films, our students are challenged to think critically about media's role in shaping our world.
