I would say very important. School is a formal institution, and just like any other formal setting, rules ensure that everyone stays within the bounds of their responsibilities and adheres to them. And this will bring about lots of positive outcomes. This will mean that everyone is responsible for their tasks and bring something to the table and creates that win-win situation in the end.

There is no denying that successful lawyers need to possess a range of positive personal qualities. One that tops all of them is probably a strong sense of judgment. Good lawyers need to be able to tell between the right and wrong and stand by justice and defend it, advocate for it no matter what is at stake. Another quality is strong work ethic, I believe. You know the competition in the field of law is pretty tough, rigid. So to be able to to stay on top of everything and negotiate cases effectively, lawyers have to study their cases with particular scrutiny. They need to organize their points and present them in front of the judge with confidence. And this definitely requires a lot of hard work and persistence.
