Abigail Kinoiki Kekaulike Kawānanakoa (1926-2022), one of the last surviving members of the Hawaiian royal family who were overthrown by the US in 1893. For much of her life she was considered heir to the throne, although her cousin Edward was also in consideration for the title. She had no children and married her wife in 2017.

Obituary: Sqn Ldr George 'Johnny' Johnson

The last survivor of the famous Dambusters raid of WW2.

Of the five Lancaster bombers in the raid on the Sorne Dam, amongst them Johnson's, two survived. The angle of attack was so difficult it took ten runs to launch the specially-designed bouncing bomb.
The raid would later be immortalised in the 1955 film The Dam Busters.

George Leonard “Johnny” Johnson (1921-2022), the last surviving member of 617 Squadron RAF which took part in Operation Chastise. They became known as the Dambusters for their operations against enemy dams in the Second World War.
