Today, I had an eye-opening realisation. Women empowerment initiatives aren't just for women. Men are not only welcome but essential in these communities. It seems obvious now, but it never crossed my mind before. This simple, yet profound, idea highlights how true empowerment transcends gender barriers, fostering inclusive support and progress for everyone.

This short reflection is a reminder of how together, regardless of gender, we can make a more significant impact.
