Irei sair de todos os canais que estou inscrito aqui no telegram e irei ficar totalmente inativo em todas as minhas redes sociais.

Eu sempre finjo q tá tudo bem quando na verdade não tá, estou péssimo, tanto minha saúde mental quando a minha saúde física estão horríveis e a cada dia tem piorado. Estou passando por muitas coisas q estão destruindo minha cabeça e eu não aguento mais toda essa dor, tentei me manter positivo, tentei ser o mais amigável possível mas não dá mais.

Sempre tentei me manter ativo aqui e trazer um conteúdo interessante pra vocês e fazer umas brincadeiras uma vez ou outra, mas me forçar a fazer isso só está piorando tudo...

Não irei dar detalhes do q tá acontecendo comigo nesse momento... Mas peço q não se preocupem ok? Vou passar a me cuidar, por isso quero ter distância das minhas redes sociais

Até pensei em parar de desenhar por um tempo mas... Não consigo, a arte é meu lugar de refúgio e consigo ter pelo menos uma felicidade por um curto período. Então estarei continuando a trabalhar em comms/trades/ataques, porém num ritmo bem devagar

Peço que não vão no meu privado pergunta oq houve ou tentar me confortar, sei q a intenção pode ser boa mas não quero conversar com ninguém e me lembrar desse fato só vai me deixar pior...

Estive pensando também em ter um ""recomeço"" aqui no canal e nas minhas outras redes sociais... Sinto q não sou a mesma pessoa q eu era no começo desse ano... Acho q preciso de mudanças para limpar minha mente disso tudo.

I've always tried to stay active here and bring you interesting content and make some jokes every now and then, but forcing myself to do this is only making everything worse...

I won't give details of what's happening to me right now... But I ask you not to worry, okay? I'm going to start taking care of myself, that's why I want to stay away from my social networks

I even thought about stopping drawing for a while but... I can't, art is my place of refuge and I can at least be happy for a short period. So I will continue to work on comms/trades/attacks, but at a very slow pace

I ask that you don't go into my private room and ask what happened or try to comfort me, I know the intention may be good but I don't want to talk to anyone and remembering this fact will only make me worse...

I've also been thinking about having a ""fresh start"" here on the channel and on my other social networks... I feel like I'm not the same person I was at the beginning of this year... I think I need changes to clear my mind of this all.
