CleanCarbon Liquidation

We deeply regret to inform you that CleanCarbon's assets, primarily its CARBO tokens, have been liquidated. Consequently, the entire project is now on hold until, or if, the financial situation with Coinvolta is resolved.

This was an extremely difficult and sorrowful decision to make, but given the current circumstances, we believe it is in the best interests of all investors.

Why We Can’t Continue to Operate:

1. New Crypto Regulations:
   Due to the MiCA (The Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulations coming into effect on July 1st, USDT operations within the EU will be significantly hindered. This affects most DeFi projects that use USDT as their rewards, including CleanCarbon.

Given that our project's physical component is closely tied to Spain, we cannot legally operate using the CARBO token without major changes and relevant compliance applications. These changes would require significant investment, which is currently beyond our reach.

1. UHTG / Coinvolta Issues:
   The lack of meaningful progress on the physical part of the project and the absence of involvement from our CEO, Udo Abraham, who is responsible for this aspect, leave little hope.

Contracts signed with Coinvolta are over 12 months overdue, and neither our CEO nor Dieter Filler, CEO of Coinvolta, appear willing to take action beyond vague assurances that "everything is moving forward." Without installations and with all the funds spent, CleanCarbon does not have a viable future.

1. Current Token Efforts:
   Since the launch of CARBO v2, we have tried various strategies to attract attention to the project, including marketing efforts on X, promotions in TG signals groups, and others. However, our project, being over two years old and built on the BSC network, has seen little success from these efforts.

Additionally, attempts to establish partnerships with similar blockchain projects have not yielded any substantial results.

What Will Happen with $69,991.57 Liquidated Yesterday?

The entire amount will be distributed on July 1st in USDT to CARBO holders proportionally to their wallet sizes. The funds will be airdropped in one transaction to all 495 participants.

What Will Happen with Staking?

Every user who staked their CARBO tokens will continue to receive monthly rewards from the staking pool of $2500. Staking rewards will be airdropped once every month towards the end of it. While new staking functionality has been disabled, those who staked their CARBO tokens before will receive their rewards as promised.

What Will Happen with the Funds Locked in LP?

The new CARBO LP was locked for six months at the launch of the new token in April. Therefore, we are unable to withdraw the funds and can only watch as the LP value declines, given the significant drop in the price of CARBO.

What Will Happen with the Project?

The most likely outcome is that the project will fade away over time unless the deal with Coinvolta is fulfilled in the future. In that case, we would restore the project with substantial funds to invest in both tokens and physical installations. Given recent events, however, this scenario seems unlikely.

In the meantime, we will work on the legal side of things and ensure that court actions are taken against anyone who contributed to the downfall of the CleanCarbon project.

After clarifying all points with Coinvolta and our CEO Udo Abraham, we will publish a detailed report explaining the use of funds for installations, who was responsible for any shortcomings, and what legal actions we will take.

After two and a half years of work on CleanCarbon, the entire team is heartbroken that the project needs to end like this. However, we believe this is the only way forward to ensure that all community members can recover as much as possible from their initial investment.
