Food for thought: There's no such thing as a “side effect.” When you take a drug, there are only effects—some desired, some not. The positive outcomes are what the drug is marketed to “do,” while the negatives are conveniently labeled as “side effects.” Calling negatives as “side effects” is nothing more than a marketing trick.

Remember, the power over your health lies within you. Not in the hands of a doctor, a medical organization, the government, or someone selling products. It’s always been about you and reclaiming your power!

It’s pretty simple, free or cheap, empowering, and can do far more than any drug could ever do. The trick is you have to do it, and do it consistently.

Eat a whole foods diet, drink pure and clean drinks like water, tea, and fresh juices, exercise in all its forms, get proper rest, get out in nature, get plenty of sunshine (vitamin D!), work on genuine relationships (not Facebook!), show gratitude for what you have, heal your traumas, meditate and/or pray, work to tame anger and fear, turn off the fear mongers and pitchmen for products (turn off CNN, FOX, etc.), avoid drugs as much as possible, tackle those bad habits (like smoking), learn new things all the time, laugh, play, and love.
