A Song for Beauty Itself

O Beauty, siren of the spheres,
Thy voice, a song of joy and tears,
In every star, in every bloom,
Thy presence, a sweet perfume.

Thy touch, an ecstasy sublime,
In every rhythm, every rhyme,
In sculpted stone, in painted art,
Thy grace, a blaze within the heart.

Thy face, a rose in morning's dew,
A moonlit night, a dream come true,
An aria, haunting, pure, and bright,
The stars that gem the velvet night.

I seek thee, Beauty, far and wide,
My heart, a pilgrim at thy side,
For in thy presence, all is fair,
And life, a treasure rich and rare.

To thee O Beauty I aspire,
My soul, aflame with pure desire,
And in thy temple, I shall find,

I would personally pull the trap door lever at the gallows for the people behind this and sleep like a baby.
