I personally apologize to everyone in the community and the team. We've hit setbacks but have had new opportunities come about. You all have been a very positive influence to the growth of the project and I want to reassure you that we're here for the long-term. I've personally been part of an incubator program and we've decided to go on a more traditional route to build the foundation of the project. I accept my responsibility with the breakdown in communication and I'm committed to re-establishing the link between you all and the community. Solarys is going through a transition phase and its evolving to be something much bigger.

Pre-Sale
We will be reaching out to seed investors privately, and those who want a refund will be given the option to receive a refund. We must be able to verify that you contirbuted to the presale first and we have the spreadsheet on the investors. I will be sending them an early look on the product, the work done behind the scenes and give them the option of whether they want to maintain equity in the company for years to come. I will send out an email to everyone that has contributed to the presale. There was only 2 contributors through Gempad which they can just go back to the platform to claim their tokens back. We're providing an early look at the product we're building.

Zealy
We did not reach our milestone so $75 USDC will be disbursed to the top leaderboard. We're going to disburse a free NFT for everyone that participated and should we reach our milestones, we will be sending out bonuses incentives and conducting sweepstakes to existing Zealy participants.

What's Next
1. We will handle official announcements via EMAIL first.
2. We will send out an email to our Zealy and to confirm their participation and the next steps to claim the rewards
3. Pre-sale investors will receive a separate email and they MUST COMPLETE THE FORM. You will have the option to receive a refund or to receive equity. We're still planning on releasing the token with the aid of partners
4. To prevent further confusion, we will be focused on sending information through Email and our website and I will personally pin any information relevant for follow up.
