🇺🇿🇯🇵 From 17 to 20 February, a UWED delegation, led by First Vice-Rector Dr. Akram Umarov and including Mekhriniso Abdurasulova, Yulduz Imomova, and Fazliddin Djamalov, visited Japan to expand academic cooperation with leading universities and research foundations.

➡️The delegation held high-level discussions at the University of Tsukuba and the Tokyo University of Foreign Studies (TUFS), exploring opportunities for student exchange, joint research, and dual degree programmes.

➡️Talks with The Nippon Foundation and Sasakawa Peace Foundation focused on collaborative research on Afghanistan and potential funding for new research centres at UWED.
