🟢Stress

Stress. Nasty thing. I hate being stressed but I’m not sure why. The stress disappears and then everything is back to normal. I need to tell myself that the stressful situation will be over soon. I wonder if people are more stressed today than they were 100 years ago. I think they probably are. There are more things to get stressed about these days – exams, money, jobs, trains, anything and everything. I get stressed when I have to meet a deadline and the time is running out. Fortunately, there are many things to do to get rid of stress. I reduce my stress by chatting with friends or going for a run. Life seems better then. Hmmm… I wonder what will give me stress next. I’ll get my running shoes ready so I can manage it.

استرس. چیز کثیف. از استرسی بودن متنفرم ولی مطمئن نیستم چرا. استرس از بین میره و بعدش همه چی به حالت نرمال برمی‌گرده. باید به خودم بگم که موقعیت پراسترس زودی تموم میشه. کنجکاوم که آیا مردم الان نسبت به صد سال قبل استرسی تر هستند یا نه. به گمونم احتمالاً اینطوری هستند. این روزا چیزای زیادی هست که بابتش استرسی بشیم- امتحانات، پول، مشاغل، قطارها، هر چیز و هر کس. وقتی مجبورم کاری رو سر موقع انجام بدم و زمان داره تموم میشه استرسی می شم. خوشبختانه، چیزهای زیادی برای انجام هست تا از شر استرس راحت شد. من استرسم رو از طریق صحبت با دوستان و دویدن کم می‌کنم. اونوقت زندگی بهتر به نظر میرسه. همممم... کنجکاوم چیزی که بعدش بهم استرس خواهد داد چیه. کفش‌های مخصوص دویدنم رو آماده می‌کنم تا بتونم استرس رو مدیریت کنم.

🟢The magic paintbrush

👉Rose loved drawing. She was very poor and didn’t have pens or pencils. She drew pictures in the sand with sticks.
One day, an old woman saw Rose and said, ‘Hello! Here’s a paintbrush and some paper for you.’
‘Thank you!’ smiled Rose.
She was so happy.
‘Hmmm, what can I paint?’ she thought.
She looked around and saw a duck on the pond.
‘I know! I’ll paint a duck!’
So she did. Suddenly, the duck flew off the paper and onto the pond.
‘Wow!’ she said. ‘A magic paintbrush!’
Rose was a very kind girl and she painted pictures for everyone in her village.
She painted a cow for the farmer, pencils for the teacher and toys for all the children.
The king heard about the magic paintbrush and sent a soldier to find Rose.
‘Come with me,’ said the soldier. ‘The king wants you to paint some money for him.’
‘But he’s already rich,’ said Rose.
‘I only paint to help poor people.’
But the nasty soldier took Rose to the king.
‘Paint me a tree with lots of money on it,’ he shouted.
Rose was brave and said, ‘No!’
So the king sent her to prison.
But Rose painted a key for the door and a horse to help her escape.
The king chased after her.
So she painted a big hole, and splat!
The king fell in.
Today, Rose only uses her magic paintbrush to help people who really, really need help.

🟢قلم موی سحر آمیز

👈رز عاشق نقاشی بود. او خیلی فقیر بود و هیچ خودکار و مدادی نداشت.
او با چوب روی ماسه نقاشی می کشید.
روزی از روزها پیرزنی رز را دید و گفت: «سلام! بیا این قلم مو و کاغذها رو بگیر. مال تو.»
رز با لبخندی گفت: «خیلی ممنون!»
رز خیلی خوشحال بود.
با خود فکر کرد: «بذار ببینم، چی بکشم؟»
اطراف را نگاه کرد و اردکی را در برکه دید.
«فهمیدم! یه اردک می کشم!»
همین کار را کرد. ناگهان اردک از کاغذ به بیرون پرید و به سمت برکه پرواز کرد.
او گفت: «وای! این قلم مو سحرآمیزه!»
رز دختر خیلی مهربانی بود و برای همه­ی اهالی روستایش نقاشی کشید.
او برای کشاورز گاوی نقاشی کرد و برای معلم مداد و برای همه بچه ها اسباب بازی کشید.
پادشاه از قلم موی سحرآمیز با خبر شد و سربازی فرستاد تا رز را پیدا کند.
سرباز گفت: «با من بیا. پادشاه می خواد براش مقداری پول نقاشی کنی.»
رز گفت: «ولی اون که ثروتمنده.»
«من فقط واسه آدمای فقیر نقاشی می کشم.»
اما سرباز بدجنس رز را پیش پادشاه برد.
او داد زد: «برای من درختی بکش که رو شاخه هاش پر از پول باشه.»
رز شجاع بود و گفت: «نه!»
به همین خاطر پادشاه او را زندانی کرد.
اما رز یک کلید برای باز کردن در و یک اسب برای فرار کردن از آنجا نقاشی کرد.
پاشاه او را تعقیب کرد.
رز هم چاله بزرگی کشید و تالاپ!
پادشاه در چاله افتاد.
حالا رز فقط از قلم موی سحرآمیز برای کمک به آدمهایی استفاده می کند که خیلی خیلی به کمک نیاز دارند.

🟢Global warming

Global warming is the biggest problem in the world today. Everyone know about it but not everyone is trying to stop it. Many world leaders are more interested in blaming other countries for the crisis. Countries like China, India and Russia say they will not act unless America takes more action. America says it will not act until other countries take more action. It seems a little childish that leaders are acting in this way. The future of our world is at risk and governments can only argue with each other. Many presidents and prime ministers tell us that technology is the answer. They say future scientists will find solutions to save the planet. This is a big gamble. I hope they are right. I don’t believe them, so I’ll continue switching off lights and recycling.

گرمایش جهانی بزرگترین مشکل دنیای امروزه. همه می دونن این موضوع رو ولی هیشکی سعی نمی کنه ازش جلوگیری کنه. خیلی از رهبران دنیا علاقه دارند کشورهای دیگه رو به خاطر همین بحران سرزنش کرده و مقصر بدونند. کشورهایی مثل چین، هند و روسیه میگن تا زمانی که آمریکا اقدام بیشتری نکنه اونا هم اقدامی نخواهند کرد. آمریکا میگه اقدامی نمی کنه مگه سایر کشورها کاری بکنند. به نظر کمی بچه گانه میاد که رهبران اینجوری رفتار می کنند. آینده جهان ما در خطره و دولت ها فقط می تونند با هم بحث و جدل کنند. بیشتر رئیس جمهورها و نخست وزیرها به ما میگن فن آوری راه حل مسأله است. اونا میگن دانشمندان آینده راه حل های نجات سیاره رو خواهند دونست. این یه قمار بزرگه. امیدوارم حق با اونا باشه. بهشون اعتقادی ندارم، به همین دلیلم به خاموش کردن چراغ ها و بازیافت ادامه می دم.

'Oh,' the dentist answered, 'I never ask a gentleman for money.'
'Then how do you live?' Mr Robinson asked.
'Most gentlemen pay me quickly,' the dentist said, 'but some don't. I wait for my money for two months, and then I say, "That man isn't a gentleman," and then I ask him for my money.

🟢 دندان پزشک

👈 آقاي رابينسون هرگز به دندان‌پزشكي نرفته بود، براي اينكه مي‌ترسيد.
اما بعد دندانش شروع به درد كرد، و به دندان‌پزشكي رفت. دندان‌پزشك بر روي دهان او وقت زيادي گذاشت و كلي كار كرد. در آخرين روز دكتر رابينسون به او گفت: هزينه‌ي تمام اين كارها چقدر مي‌شود؟ دندان‌پزشك گفت: بيست و پنج پوند. اما از او درخواست پول نكرد.
بعد از يك ماه آقاي رابينسون به دندان‌پزشك زنگ زد و گفت: ماه گذشته شما از من تقاضاي هيچ پولي براي كارتان نكرديد.
دندان‌پزشك پاسخ داد: آه، من هرگز از انسان‌هاي نجيب تقاضاي پول نمي‌كنم.
آقاي رابينسون پرسيد: پس چگونه‌ زندگي مي‌كنيد.
دندان‌پزشك گفت: بيشتر انسان‌هاي شريف به سرعت پول مرا مي‌دهند، اما بعضي‌ها نه. من براي پولم دو ماه صبر مي‌كنم، و بعد مي‌گويم «وي مرد شريفي نيست» و بعد از وي پولم را مي‌خواهم

🟢China's Huawei will build Russia's 5G network

Huawei will set up Russia's 5G network. A deal was signed after a meeting between China's leader Xi Jinping and Russia's Vladimir Putin. Huawei will develop, pilot and launch the latest next-generation 5G network in Russia over the next year. This will bring cutting-edge technology and high-speed Internet to Russia. Huawei's chairman said he was "very happy" with the agreement, which is "in an area of strategic importance".

The deal is a relief for Huawei. It has had a tough time recently. The USA called it a national security risk and blocked it; Google denied key services to Huawei; and a key supplier of Huawei's semi-conductors cut ties with it. Huawei gets half the chips it uses from the US. The US ban of Huawei could be the start of the biggest trade war ever. Australia, Japan and New Zealand also banned Huawei from government contracts over security reasons.

🟢 Because I'm a woman

A little boy asked his mother, "Why are you crying?" "Because I'm a woman," she told him.

"I don't understand," he said. His Mom just hugged him and said, "And you never will."

پسر بچه ای از مادرش پرسید :چرا تو گریه می کنی؟ مادر جواب داد برای اینکه من زن هستم. او گفت: من نمی فهمم! مادرش او را بغل کرد و گفت: تو هرگز نمی فهمی بعد پسر بچه از پدرش پرسید:چرا به نظر می آید که مادر بی دلیل گریه می کند. "همه زنها بی دلیل گریه می کنند!" این تمام چیزی بود که پدر می توانست بگوید. پسربچه کم کم بزرگ و مرد شد.اما هنوز درشگفت بود که چرا زنها گریه می کنند؟
سرانجام او مکالمه ای با خدا انجام داد و وقتی خدا پشت خط آمد،او پرسید: خدایا چرا زنها به آسانی گریه می کنند؟ خدا پاسخ داد :وقتی من زن را آفریدم، گفتم او باید خاص باشد من شانه هایش را آنقدر قوی آفریدم تا بتواند وزن جهان را تحمل کند و در عین حال شانه هایش را مهربان آفریدم تا آرامش بدهد.
من به او یک قدرت درونی دادم تا وضع حمل و بی توجهی که بسیاری اوقات از جانب بچه هایش به او می شود را تحمل کند.
من به او سختی را دادم که به او اجازه می دهد وقتی که همه تسلیم شدند او ادامه بدهد و از خانواده اش به هنگام بیماری و خستگی و بدون گله و شکایت مراقبت کند. من به او حساسیت عشق به بچه هایش را در هر شرایطی حتی وقتی بچه اش او را به شدت آزار داده است ارزانی داشتم. من به او قدرت تحمل اشتباهات همسرش را دادم و او را از دنده همسرش آفریدم تا قلبش را حفظ کند.
من به او عقل دادم تا بداند که یک شوهر خوب هرگز به همسرش آسیب نمی رساند. اما گاهی اوقات قدرتها و تصمیم گیری هایی را برای ماندن بدون تردید در کنار او امتحان می کند. سرانجام اشک را برای ریختن به او دادم. این مخصوص اوست تا هروقت که لازم شد از آن استفاده کند.
پسرم می بینی که زیبایی زن در لباسهایی که می پوشد ودر شکلی که دارد یا به طریقی که موهایش را شانه می زند نیست. زیبایی زن باید در چشمانش دیده شود. چون دریچه ای است به سوی قلبش، جائیکه عشق سکونت دارد.

🟢Destiny

👉 During a momentous battle, a Japanese general decided to attack even though his army wasn't
greatly outnumbered. He was confident they would win, but his men were filled with doubt.
On the way to the battle, they stopped at a religious shrine. After praying with the men, the
general took out a coin and said, "I shall now toss this coin. If it is "heads" , we shall win. If it is "tails" we shall lose."
"Destiny will now reveal itself."
He threw the coin into the air and all watched intently as it landed. It was "heads". The soldiers
were so overjoyed and filled with confidence that they vigorously attacked the enemy and were
victorious.
After the battle. a lieutenant remarked to the general, "No one can change destiny."
"Quite right," the general replied as he showed the lieutenant the coin, which had "heads" on both
sides.

🟢 سرنوشت

👈 در طول نبردي سرنوشت ساز و مهم ژنرال ژاپني تصميم گرفت با وجودی که از حیث تعداد سربازانش بیشتر نبودند حمله كند.

مطمئن بود پيروز ميشوند اما سربازانش مردد و دودل بودند.

در مسير ميدان نبرد در معبدي مقدس توقف كردند. بعد از فريضه دعا كه همراه با سربازانش انجام شد ژنرال سكه اي در اورد و گفت: سكه را به هوا پرتاب خواهم كرد اگر "رو" (خط) امد پيروز ميشويم ولي اگر "شير" امد در جنگ شكست خواهيم خورد.
سرنوشت خود مشخص خواهد كرد.
سكه را به هوا انداخت و همگي مشتاقانه تماشا كردند تا سكه بر زمين افتاد.."رو" (خط) امد. سربازان ازفرط شادي از خود بي خود شدند و كاملا اطمينان پیدا كردند و با قدرت به دشمن حمله كردند و در جنگ پيروز شدند.

بعد از جنگ ستواني به ژنرال گفت: سرنوشت را نمی توان تغيير داد.

ژنرال در حالي كه سكه اي كه دو طرف ان "رو" (خط) بود را به ستوان نشان ميداد، جواب داد: "كاملا حق با شماست"
