New update

TgTranslator now doesn't translate from Simplified Chinese to Traditional Chinese and vise versa. Also, the translation is now twice as fast. It my tests it takes less than a second for getting a translation

New updateTgTranslator has lacked stability for some time. I have been investigating this problem and just released a possible solution.

Also, I noticed a bug where some messages were clipped at the end. This has been fixed as well.
