Subject: Brutal Murder of two innocent Hindus at Ichamati in Meghalaya on 27/03/2024 in broad daylight.

We, the members of Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP), bring to your kind notice the current disturbing situation in Meghalaya, where two innocent Hindus (Ishan Singh & Sujit Dutta) have been brutally murdered in Ichamati, a village in East Khasi Hills district of Meghalaya, after an anti-CAA rally. The irony is that the district is exempted from CAA by virtue of being in a sixth scheduled state. It is the place where a pressure group organised an anti CAA rally which led to the murder of two innocent Hindus by unknown miscreants, as widely reported in the media.

The killings serve as a stark reminder of the reign of terror, persistent violence and discrimination against the non-tribal or minority communities residing in Meghalaya. It is utterly unacceptable that the members of linguistic minority communities continue to be targeted and subjected to such dreadful crimes time and again.

This racial attack is nothing but a pre-planned move of the so called ‘unknown groups’ to instil fear among the non-tribal minorities who continue to suffer the brunt of racism and unprovoked attacks with the administration and others washing their hands off by ritualistically, as they have been doing over the years.

Standing in solidarity with the victims and their families during such difficult times, the VHP calls for your kind intervention and urge that:
1. A thorough investigation be done by CBI/NIA to bring perpetrators to justice soon.
2. The matter be heard by a special court to ensure justice in a time bound manner.
3. Compensation, jobs and proper security be given to the victim families.
4. A swift and collective action is kindly requested to ensure safety and dignity of all minority communities across the region and curb the lawless individuals and groups.
5. Administrative action be taken against those who allowed such a rally even though Election Model Code of Conduct is in place and CAA is not applicable to the state.

Your early intervention could save the lives, dignity and properties of the religious and linguistic minorities of Meghalaya.

नई दिल्ली। मार्च 28, 2024. देवभूमि उत्तराखण्ड के उधमसिंह नगर में नानकमत्ता गुरुद्वारे के डेरा कार सेवा प्रमुख बाबा तरसेम सिंह जी की नृशंस हत्या पर विश्व हिन्दू परिषद ने गहरा दुख व्यक्त किया है। विहिप के अंतर्राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष व वरिष्ठ अधिवक्ता श्री आलोक कुमार ने आज कहा है कि वे सेवा, समर्पण, त्याग व धर्म के पर्याय थे। वे एक ऐसे महान व्यक्तित्व थे जिनका किसी से कोई बैर हो सकता है, यह अकल्पनीय है। सामान्य व्यक्तियों के बीच ही नहीं अपितु, वे तो समाज के प्रबुद्ध वर्ग में भी अपना बड़ा प्रभाव रखते थे। निरंतर लोगों की सेवा, जनहित के कार्य तथा नानकमत्ता गुरुद्वारे के पुनर्निर्माण हेतु कार सेवा की तमाम जिम्मदारियों की देखभाल करते हुए उन्होंने अपना पूरा जीवन समर्पित कर दिया था। ऐसे महात्मा के हमसे दूर चले जाने से सम्पूर्ण विश्व का धर्म प्रेमी व सेवावृति हिन्दू-सिख समाज स्तब्ध व आहत है। बाबाजी हिन्दू सिख एकता के सांझ थे। उनके बलिदान से यह सांझ और मजबूत होगी। वे सशरीर भले ना हों किन्तु, उनका कृतित्व व व्यक्तित्व सम्पूर्ण विश्व को चिरकाल तक प्रेरणा व ऊर्जा देता रहेगा। हमें विश्वास है कि राज्य सरकार हत्यारों को कठोरतम दंड देगी।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में अनेक शिक्षण संस्थाओं, अस्पतालों व सेवा केंद्रों के अतिरिक्त गुरुद्वारा नानकमत्ता के माध्यम से बाबा जी उत्तराखण्ड में किसी भी तरह की प्राकृतिक आपदा के दौरान लंगर, सहायता व राहत सामग्री पहुंचाने का काम तन-मन-धन से करते थे। इतना ही नहीं, अयोध्या में श्री रामजन्मभूमि पर पुर्नस्थापित भगवान रामलला के भव्य मंदिर की प्राण-प्रतिष्ठा समारोह में उपस्थित रह कर उन्होंने लगभग एक पखवाड़े तक राम भक्तों की सेवा में अखण्ड लंगर का संचालन किया था। श्रीराम जन्मभूमि मुक्ति आंदोलन में सिक्ख समाज के अमूल्य योगदान का वे अनुपम तरीके से वर्णन किया करते थे। हरिद्वार कुंभ के समय भी उनकी निरंतर लंगर सेवा से सभी परिचित हैं।
विहिप अध्यक्ष ने उन्हें स्मरण करते हुए कहा कि वे सनातन संस्कृति के प्रति अपनी प्रतिबद्धता और आस्था को सिक्ख समाज सहित हिन्दू समाज की सभी धर्म-धाराओं के समक्ष प्रमुखता से रखते थे। उनके व्यक्तित्व के साथ उनके सेवा कार्यों की चर्चा सिर्फ उत्तराखण्ड में नहीं अपितु संपूर्ण भारत में होती थी। उनके वृहद सेवा कार्यों से प्रभावित होकर ही उत्तराखण्ड के मुख्यमंत्री कई बार नानकमत्ता गुरद्वारा जा चुके।
विश्व हिंदू परिषद घटना की कड़ी निंदा करता है और हम यह आशा करते है कि राज्य सरकार आरोपियों को त्वरित गिरफ्तार कर उचित कार्यवाही करेगी।

Condemning the massacre and paying condolences to the aggrieved families, the VHP International president Shri Alok Kumar also said that it is so sad that they attacked during Ramzan, which they call a pious month.
Challenging the humanity it has re-alarmed the entire world that the j!h@di thought and terrorism is a biggest threat to global peace. The entire world must unite and pledge against terrorism.

कट्टरपंथी नेतृत्व मुस्लिम समाज को आत्मघाती रास्ते की ओर ले जा रहा है: डॉ. सुरेन्द्र जैन

नई दिल्ली। फरवरी 3, 2024। विश्व हिन्दू परिषद के केन्द्रीय संयुक्त महासचिव डॉ सुरेन्द्र जैन ने आज कहा है कि कट्टरपंथी नेतृत्व मुस्लिम समाज को आत्मघाती रास्ते की ओर ले जा रहा है। भारत की न्याय व्यवस्था व देश के शांति-पूर्ण सह-अस्तित्व के लिए गंभीर चुनौती बताते हुए उन्होंने मुस्लिम समाज का आह्वान किया कि वह स्वयं को इस कट्टरपंथी नेतृत्व से दूर रखे जो समाज को संघर्ष की ओर धकेल रहे हैं। 
उन्होंने कहा कि ज्ञानवापी के व्यास तहखाने में, माननीय न्यायालय के आदेश से हिंदुओ को पूजा करने का अधिकार मिला। आज से 30 साल पहले, बिना किसी लिखित आदेश के, तत्कालीन मुलायम सिंह यादव सरकार ने, अवैध रूप से, मुस्लिम तुष्टिकरण के लिए हिंदुओं को पूजा करने के  इस अधिकार से वंचित किया था। नंदी बाबा के आगे सींखचे लगा दिए थे। हिंदुओ के साथ जो अन्याय किया था, माननीय न्यायपालिका ने उस अन्याय को न्यायोचित ढंग से ठीक किया। प्रत्येक देशवासी को इसका अभिनंदन करना चाहिए। किसी भी वर्ग के साथ अगर अन्याय हुआ है और न्यायपालिका उसको ठीक करती है, तो वह निर्णय सब के लिए स्वागत योग्य होना चाहिए। लेकिन जिस प्रकार कुछ कट्टरपंथी नेताओं ने न्यायपालिका के इस निर्णय पर मुस्लिम समाज को भड़काकर हिंसा व उपद्रव कराने की कोशिश की है, वह घोर आपत्तिजनक और निंदनीय है।
डॉ जैन ने यह भी कहा कि एक ओर वो न्यायपालिका में अपील के लिए भी जा रहे है, वहीं सड़कों पर दंगे कराने हेतु भड़का भी रहे हैं! वे बयान देते हैं कि मुस्लिम समाज का न्यायपालिका से विश्वास उठ रहा है। कभी वो कहते हैं कि “हमारे सब्र का बांध टूट रहा” कभी कहते हैं कि “हमारी आस्था कोर्ट से ऊपर है”, “न्यायपालिका जिस रास्ते पर जा रही है वो उचित नहीं है”। जब भी कोई निर्णय मुल्ला– मौलवियों की इच्छा के विरुद्ध या उन के कट्टरपंथी षडयंत्रों के विरुद्ध आता है, वे न्यायपालिका को धमकाने से बाज नहीं आते। उन्हें समझना चाहिए कि भारतीय न्यायपालिका, डॉक्टर भीम राव रामजी अंबेडकर के बनाए संविधान के अंतर्गत प्रदत अधिकारों के अंतर्गत ही काम कर रही है। मामला चाहे शाहबानो का हो या हिजाब का, तीन - तलाक का हो या समान नागरिक संहिता का, यहाँ तक कि अयोध्या मामले में भी माननीय सर्वोच्च न्यायालय के विरुद्ध इनका विष-वमन आज तक जारी है।
डॉ जैन ने कहा कि ये कट्टरपंथी नेतृत्व, मुस्लिम समाज को आत्मघाती रास्ते की ओर ले जा रहा है। वे शांतिपूर्ण सह-अस्तित्व की जगह संघर्ष का मार्ग अपना रहे हैं। जो कि कदापि  उचित नहीं है। मैं मुस्लिम समाज से भी अपील करना चाहता हूं कि वो ऐसे नेतृत्व को ठुकरा कर ऐसे नेतृत्व को स्थापित करे जो, सह-अस्तित्व में विश्वास करता है। जो अन्याय व अत्याचार मुलायम सिंह जैसे राजनेताओं या विदेशी आक्रमणकारियों के द्वारा किए गए, उस अन्याय के साथ खड़ा होने वाला समाज किसी भी तरह से सह-अस्तित्व के मार्ग पर नहीं चल सकता, ये उनके लिए भी प्रगति का मार्ग नहीं है।

HANDOVER THE GYANVAPI STRUCTURE TO HINDUS: ALOK KUMAR

New Delhi. Jan, 27,2024. The ASI, an official and expert body, has submitted its report to the District Judge hearing the Gyanvapi matter in Kashi. The Int’l working president of Vishva Hindu Parishad and the senior advocate shri Alok akumar today said that the evidence collected by the ASI from the Gyanvapi structure reconfirms that the Mosque had been constructed after demolishing a magnificent Temple. A part of the Temple structure, particularly the western wall is the remaining part of the Hindu Temple. The report also proves that parts of the pre-existing Temple including pillars and pilasters were reused with modifications to extend the span of the mosque and in the construction of the sahan.

The Shivlinga in what was called the wazukhana leaves no doubt that the structure does not have the character of a Mosque. The discovery of the names including the Janardana, Rudra and Umeswara in the inscriptions found in the structure are the tell-tale evidence of this being a Temple, he said.

Shri Alok Kumar also said that the evidence collected and the conclusions provided by the ASI do prove that the religious character of this place of worship existed on the 15th day of August, 1947, and as at present is of a Hindu Temple. Thus, even as per Section 4 of the Places of Worship Act, 1991, the structure should be declared as a Hindu Temple

The Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) therefore suggests that:

(i)The Hindus be permitted to offer Sewa Puja to the Shivlinga found in the so called Wazukhana area, and

(ii)Calls upon the Intezamia Committee to agree to respectfully shift the Gyanvapi Mosque to another appropriate place and to handover the original site of Kashi Vishvanatha to the Hindu Society.

The VHP believes that this righteous action shall be an important step towards creating amicable relations between the two prominent communities of Bharat.
