After all this teaching experience,
I can safely say, that no matter how much effort the teacher puts into considering his student's needs and feelings:
The downfall of any student goes back mainly to:
lacking the correct mannerism of seeking knowledge, especially with the one teaching him/her, and much of that goes back to diseases of the heart, such as:
- Lack of sincerity
- Self amazement, and Ego Issues
- Arrogance and Pride
- Deception
- Grudge
- Envy
- Ungratefulness

Now I understand why some scholars start with Mannerism before anything!
becasue once you lose that you lose everything, SubhanAllah.

Al Fawzan:

"The Student who doesn't memorize, no knowledge shall remain with him!even if he understood at the time of class, and in the circle,
as long as he doesn't memorize the text which is being explained to him, no knowledge shall remain with him when he leaves the circle, or when days pass,
so there has to be memorization with understanding, because memorizing isn't sufficient without understanding, even if you memorized the many books,
and understanding isn't enough without memorizing, rather, there has to be both,
this is the correct way to learn, and this is the way scholars followed in the old and late times,
because they are people of experience, and knowledge of the ways of teaching, learning, and delivering information"

(Sharh Akhsar Al Mukhtasarat) (Page:8)

قال - صلى الله عليه وسلم -:
"لو أنّ رجلًا يُجَرُّ على وجهِه من يومِ وُلِدَ إلى يومِ يموتُ هَرَمًا في مَرضاةِ اللهِ -عز وجل- لَحَقَّرَه يومَ القيامةِ".

The Prophet said:
"If man would be dragged on his face from the day he was born until he dies out of old age for the sake of pleasing Allah, he would belittle it on the Day of Judgment"

Narrated by Ahmad and Tabarani

Still think 10 of 30 Parts of the Qur'an is too much?
Still giving yourself excuses, of age, responsibilities,...etc?

Look how radiant and beautiful this very old man looks, how he shakes as he speaks
He has been reading 10 parts of the Qur'an (1/3 of the Quran) every single day for 40 years
Meaning that he finishes the Qur'an every 3 days
10 times a month, 120 times a year

You can do it, if Allah sees sincerity in you, it will become easier and easier every time you read

Whoever wanted to replace his fear with peace,
his sadness with joy,
his trouble with ease,
his doubt with certainty,
his pessimism with optimism,
his worry with confidence,
his negative thought of Allah, with the good thought =

let him stick to a daily portion of reading from Allah's Word
never compromises it no matter what the circumstances
no less than 3 parts a day, and no more than 10 parts!

Why practicing people love to marry, and are more sexually activeAl Qurtubiyy [Died: 671 A.H.]:

"It is said that Solomon - عليه السلام - had the most women out of all Prophets.
and the benefit in him marrying that much, is that he had the strength of 40 Prophets!

And It is said that surely whoever was more God-fearing was of a stronger [sexual] desire (drive),
because he who isn't God-fearing entertains himself with gazing and touching,
don't you see what was reported in the narration: "The eyes fornicate, and the hands fornicate"?!

So, if in gazing and touching was a form of fulfilling [sexual] desire, the intercourse would then be less,
[whereas], the God-fearing doesn't gaze nor touch, thus the [sexual] desire is gathered (multiplied) within him, and that is why he is more [sexually] active.

And Abu Bakr Al Warraq had said: "Every desire hardens the heart except for [lawful] intercourse, for it clears the heart,
and that's why the Prophets used to do that!""

(Al Jaami' La Ahkamil Qur'an): (6:419)

:Sheikh Azeez Farhan Al Anaziyy:

"Al Mukhtali'aat (those women who seek Khula') are the Hypocrites" [Nasa'iyy : 3461]
this foolish woman - very sorry to say - who is living with her husband a pleasant life,
and the man is pious, paying his rights, providing the shares [of pleasurers], and not neglectful,
but she desires to "change" as they say!this woman in included in the Hadeeth of the Prophet - عليه الصلاة والسلام - :
"Al Mukhtali'aat (those women who seek Khula') are the Hypocrites"
...
And, if supposedly the woman had hated her husband, because of his appearance, or character, or lack of piety,
is what is better departing him, or being patient with him?!
What's better is being patient with him!
Because Allah says: (And it may be that you hate something when it is good for you) (2:216)
Therefore, it is not permissible for the woman to rush to seeking Khula', because some women who had sought Khula' for reasons which could be mended with time, would then discover - after leaving her husband - that [she'd rather have] the Hell of the Husband than the Paradise of Khula' and divorce!when she used to see as Hell with the Husband, is a Paradise:
- compared to being unmarried and divorced,
- compared to this emptiness,
- compared to this exclusion from society, and family, and deserting her!
- and also the negative look for people, this look could be a remedy of the remedies, by which the rebellious wives are treated!
May Allah guide us and them to what is correct!"
