I just build stuff that I wish it existed. I solve my problems, and if others find my solutions useful and want to use them, I'll gladly take their money.

Alright, I tried going back to Cursor from Windsurf, but I can’t.

Coding in Windsurf is a lot smoother and more intuitive.

The "Write" mode works better for me than the Composer on Cursor.

It always makes the right changes to the right files and it can can create/delete files.

It also provides visual feedback during the whole code generation process. The small green dots are a nice touch.

Another thing I like is the tabbing. If you make one change manually and the update is required in different parts of the code, Windsurf will understand and allow you to update all the relevant places by tabbing.

One thing I don't like is that it doesn't have the "Add to chat" option in the terminal like Cursor.

For now, Windsurf works really great for me.

I never say never though. I may return to Cursor in the future, or I may not.
