While SS began to guide him off stage, SS Barbie picked up his shoe & flung it into the grass, presumably so he wouldn't trip on it. After they walked him down the stairs, passed the shoe, a random man picked it up and turned it a bit, as to say, "What should I do with this?"

I noticed in listening to the video footage multiple times there was a significant delay between the final shot and all of those grouped together prior. It is my belief those that implemented the plan of attempted assassination fired all the shots and then killed the patsy on the roof.
