Cranberries

Crush 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries pour 4 cups of room temperature water and steep for several hours or overnight, sweeten as needed (honey is best)

Roasting veggies is a great way to use up the left over fresh ones from the fridge. I do it a lot especially during the growing season. I put them in a bag, throw the oil in, shake to cover, then add the seasoning and shake again. I know it's a bag, but you can use bread bags to do the shaking. Eat clean up.
They are going to be roasted at a high temp, so I don't worry about using a bag over for this use.
Personally, we like Italian mixes, but that fire cider seasoning might come in handy for veggies, too!
