Iran is still moving weapons and troops in to Syria. The attack is coming! Clearly something is holding it up and it is not just psychological warfare - partly it is but not totally

The head of the Iranian Foreign Ministry arrived in Saudi Arabia to participate in the emergency meeting of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation scheduled for today.

This emergency meeting will determine certain important elements that Iran will no doubt want to cover. Iran is constantly making sure to obtain as much legitimacy as possible for the attack against Israel. Could this be why there is such a delay? and once the meeting has passed, will this then trigger the upcoming attack?

Note - the attack may be 1 stage (Iran, Hezbollah etc attack simultaneously, or in 2 stages (stage 1 - Hezbollah attacks, stage 2 - Iran and other proxies attack).

Indicating that precautions are being taken against any further Israeli attacks at the time of the funeral.
