Some advices for inner peace and the health of your heart.

1- don’t check on someone’s status that you have left, or that person that has left you, because the sorrow that comes from it will destroy you.

2- don’t think about those people who don’t think about you, think about those people who think about you.

3- don’t be attached to anyone too much, be attached to people as much as their closeness to Allāh ‘Azza Wa Jal.

4- don’t think that you’re the center of the universe! And know that you cannot make people pleased, but with no doubts, you can please your Lord.

5- don’t force people to stay with you and respect you or love you, that is not possible for anyone, some people have even rejected RasūlAllāh ﷺ.

6- don’t show humiliation for anything and anyone, that’s the beginning of your inner weakness, only ask Allāh and put your trust on Him.

7- don’t look at yourself from people’s perspective, but know yourself. And don’t judge people from what you hear about them, but see it yourself, and don’t underestimate people.

8- don’t give your everything to anyone, some of your features belong to yourself, and don’t let your secrets to be people’s captives.

9- don’t have too much hope on people, no matter how close they are to you, only have trust on Allāh, the same people you have hope on will put your backs on you.

10- don’t consider a high status for yourself against people, but check your status in Allāh’s sight, that’s important and a criteria for your status with people.
