A four, three, and two gallon crock (for 9 gallons total) of sauerkraut

Stores of garlic, onion, potatoes, and some carrots and cabbage
Several hundred pounds of dry goods (spelt, rye, cornmeal, various beans, rice...)
Assorted other goodies
