No matter if you reach your goals or not, you’ll go through pain—pain in the process of achieving, or pain because you didn’t.
So if we experience pain no matter what, why not go all out, achieve what we want, and become winners in life?

Day 3: Physical Movement

Goal: Incorporate gentle exercise.
Activity: Choose a form of exercise you enjoy, like yoga or walking, and do it for at least 30 minutes.

?Completing the Day2, I can tell that it was challenging.
My meditation was to just stare at wall for 15 minutes, and oh boi how HARD it is.
I felt how plugged in my mind is to constantly feeding it with something, meaning I had the urge of checking my phone or email all the time. The initial 5 minutes felt like an hour
