niggas from mobile app development at X can't properly implement macos catalyst UI or even responsiveness. it just keeps crashing when i open it. old twitter app just works perfectly fine even if it wasn't updated for the last 2 years.

MacOS comes with 3rd version of bash and due to license restrictions and so on, apple can't update built-in bash to latest. The problem is, from 24.05 version of Nixpkgs, you are required to have bash 4 or later version installed on your machine to get nix-shell or either nix develop working...

However, the issue is can be resolved by installing latest version of bash via homebrew package manager which will replace mac's old bash!
