i think many people have already found out or at least gotten a hint of the current situation, whether through twitter or seungkwan's ig post. this is a small channel but i would like to take this opportunity to encourage everyone to stop purchasing and as much as possible, cancel any pending orders (such as membership kits) from weverse.

since hybe acquired pledis in 2020, the company has NOT taken any action to protect the boys despite carats consistently sending reports. most carats would probably remember what happened to joshua last year, and while it was widely known that hybe did nothing to protect him, it is appalling to find out now that they decided to use ships concerning the other members to "cover up" this issue and only caring about the money they'll lose due to the reduction in demand for joshua's merchandise. this definitely isn't a one-time case, and many members who have faced unfounded rumours and accusations have not received any protection whatsoever from the company.

most if not all of us, as carats, support every member of seventeen wholeheartedly and it pains me to think that hybe is using them as mere money mules without any thought for their health and safety, perhaps even CONTRIBUTING to the hate that the members have been receiving. with this boycott (started by kcarats), i think we can send a strong signal to hybe that we are enraged by their treatment of seventeen.

remember, we don't need every single photocard or every single doll and this is the time for us to finally step up and take a stance to protect our beloved 13 members.
