a breakup is a kind of loss, and it is not uncommon to feel “sad,” in the aftermath. you may be grieving not just the past relationship, but the future you thought you'd have together. It's normal to grieve the relationship and give yourself time to get past your sadness.
but it doesnt justify wrongdoings that you might have decided on in the heat of the moment.

when you fall from a hill you were climbing you dont blame the rocks for being too hard to hold onto, you look for ways you can move up better instead of the way you were going.
climbing up the same path and pointing out the rock that caused mishaps along the way wont help you climb up, it'll just make you fall back down again

but really what good does it do, to be looking directly into the future but turning back and blaming the past.

sometimes the right thing you THINK you should do is be angry at the world, blame the past for whats happening, or even start to point at others for the things that are happening etc. your ex or family

at some point in life you feel like the world is ending, all hopes and whatnot's are lost and you dont know what to do.
