It’s been a while since I joined The Children's Heart Fund of Ethiopia - በኢትዮጵያ የልብ ሕሙማን ሕፃናት መርጃ – an incredible initiative dedicated to helping children with heart conditions get the care they need.

Sometimes we wonder, "How can I make a difference?"

Here’s how:

1 birr a day. That’s 30 birr a month – less than the cost of a cup of coffee. Yet it has the power to save lives.

I started by listening to the audiobook and then moved on to reading it. Initially, I used to get very defensive when my boss commented on my work. But "Ego is the Enemy" helped me see things differently. I realized that other people's perspectives can be valuable and that constructive criticism pushes me to improve and reach my full potential.
