Job Title: HR Generalist .
Working hours:6 hours
Weekend:1 day off

Main Responsibilities:
● Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to volunteer in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
● Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, tracking vacation/sick leave, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, and benefit changes
● Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies
● Participate in the development and implement a comprehensive volunteer onboarding program for each volunteer position.
● Supervise teams of volunteer trainers and ensure all training is thorough and documented.
● Supervise team of leaders and schedulers to ensure a strong fill rate using Volunteer Connection. Ensure all volunteer requests are timely and complete.
● Participate in the development and implement a volunteer retention strategy to include frequent personal interaction with the volunteer community both personally and through the volunteer infrastructure which reports to the Representative.
● Volunteer Recognition will include informal recognition and quarterly events to promote community and honor the volunteer experience.
Job Requirements:
Experience& Qualifications:
· Similar related experience in an NGOs employee or volunteer or studies activity is a must .

· Work experience in NGOs as an HR department (volunteer/ employee) from 1-3 years.
Skills & Abilities:
● Advanced knowledge of MS Office, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.
● Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
● Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
● Strong detail-oriented and resourceful mindset.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including training and presentation skills is required.
● Computer knowledge is a must
