These events happened in the city of Zahedan, Baluchistan in the southwest of Iran, which became known as Bloody Friday.

Shockingly, many of the victims were shot in the back, some while fleeing and others while returning from prayers.
The number of victims reached more than 100 people.

The protests in this city started when the news of the rape of a 15-year-old Baloch girl by a police commander was published.
The authorities promised to investigate, but there was no result, and finally with the beginning of national protests against the misogynistic policies of the Islamic Republic, people came to the streets in Zahedan.

Today, at the same time as the anniversary of that fateful and bitter Friday, the Islamic Republic has once again started suppressing peaceful demonstrators.

As a result, 19 people, at least four innocent children, have been injured.
