1. Being Grateful to Allaah.

2. Having Ikhlaas (sincerity).

3. Seeking Knowledge.

4. Having Determination to rush in competing in good deeds.

5. Doing A lot of Istigfaar (seeking forgiveness from Allaah).

6. Entering Ramadan with a clean pure heart.

7. Doing sincere Tawbah (repentance) to Allaah.

8. Leaving off what would reduce good deeds.

9. Leaving off major sins.

10. Leaving off actions that delay forgiveness.

11. Leaving off sins in general as sins confine the slave from hurrying to righteous actions.

💡 Fatāwā Series: A Woman Leaving Her Home for Lessons, Fresh Air, or Shopping 💡

💫 Question:

“السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته

How often is a woman permitted to leave her home? Is it permissible for her to leave her home every day for Islamic lessons for a few hours (e.g., 4-5 hours) and then come back while also taking care of her household responsibilities?

Also, is it permissible for a woman to go out for fresh air or to do something she enjoys once in a while? Is it permissible for her to go out with her friends or go shopping? Is this considered a necessity, especially if she does not leave the home much already?

What is your advice?

🎇 Answer:

“وعليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته

Obeying her husband and fulfilling her responsibilities towards the household and children is more obligatory, while leaving the house to attend lessons is recommended.

It is permissible for her to leave the house to attend Islamic lessons daily for a few hours if she obtains her husband’s permission, provided it does not conflict with her obligatory duties at home.

As for going out for fresh air, doing something she enjoys, or going shopping, these are permissible as long as there is safety, and she goes out as much as needed without excess. Spending time with friends or shopping is not inherently a necessity, but occasional outings for permissible reasons are allowed as long as they do not lead to neglect of her primary obligations.”

În numele lui Allāh ar-Raḥman (Cel Milostiv), ar-Raḥīm (Cel Îndurător)

إِذَا قِيلَ لَكَ : مَنْ رَبُّكَ؟ فَقُلْ :
اللَّهُ رَبِّي وَرَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ، وَالدَّلِيلُ قَوْلُ الله تَعَالَى:
﴿ قُلْ أَغَيْرَ اللَّهِ أَبْغِي رَبًّا وَهُوَ رَبُّ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ ﴾
[الأنعام : ١٦٤]

Dacă cineva te întreabă: “Cine este Domnul tău?”
Spune: Allāh este Domnul meu. El este Domnul tuturor. Dovada pentru aceasta este spusa lui Allāh:
“Spune: Să caut un alt domn altfel decât Allāh, când El este Domnul tuturor?”
[Sūrah al-Anʿām, Āyah 164]

إِذَا قِيلَ لَكَ : مَا دِينُكَ؟ فَقُلْ:
دِينِي هُوَ دِينُ الإِسْلَامِ الحَقُّ، وَالدَّلِيلُ قَوْلُ اللهِ تَعَالَى:
﴿ إِنَّ الدِّينَ عِندَ اللَّهِ الْإِسْلَامُ ﴾
[آل عمران : ١٩]

Dacă cineva te întreabă: “Care este religia ta?”
Spune: Religia mea este adevărata religie a Islamului. Dovada pentru aceasta este spusa lui Allāh:
“Cu adevărat, singura religie adevărată în ochii lui Allāh este islamul.”
[Sūrah al-ʿImrān, Āyah 19]

فَإِذَا قِيلَ لَكَ : مَن نَبِيُّكَ؟ فَقُلْ:
نَبِيِّي وَنَبِيُّ هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ جَمِيعًا هُوَ مُحَمَّدٌ رَسُولُ الله ﷺ ، وَالدَّلِيلُ قَوْلُ الله تَعَالَى:
﴿ مَا كَانَ مُحَمَّدٌ أَبَا أَحَدٍ مِّن رِّجَالِكُمْ وَلَكِن رَّسُولَ اللَّهِ وَخَاتَمَ النَّبِيِّينَ ﴾
[الأحزاب : ٤٠]

Dacă cineva te întreabă: “Cine este Profetul tău?”
Spune: Profetul Meu și profetul acestei națiuni (de oameni) este Muhammad (Pacea și binecuvântarea lui Allāh fie asupra sa), Mesagerul lui Allāh. Dovada pentru aceasta este spusa lui Allāh:
“Muhammad nu este tatăl niciunuia dintre oamenii tăi, ci mai degrabă este Mesagerul lui Allāh și ultimul dintre profeți.”
[Sūrah al-Aḥzāb, Āyah 40]

Although a man doesnt seek knowledge to earn money, yet you still need it

How does a student of knowledge and a scholar earn?

. How much does this distract them from studies?

. Please give your answer with respect to poor countries unlike the west (like Pakistan, Yemen etc)

.and is it ok to disobey the parents which prevent from seeking ilm bcs of income?
