SESSION 2: Cardiac Anatomy & Cardiothoracic Surgery

What to Expect:
PART 1: Near-Pear Teaching
Cardiac Anatomy teaching led by junior doctors/senior medical students
PART 2: SURGICAL APPLICATION
Surgical teaching led by Mr. Mahmoud Abdelaziz taking you through the surgical anatomy of common surgical procedures in Cardiac Surgery.

Mr. Abdelaziz is a highly skilled cardiac surgeon who completed his cardiothoracic training in the West Midlands Deanery. He further specialized with a fellowship in Mitral Valve Repair Surgery in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Mr. Abdelaziz has also taken on the role of Education Lead at the Royal Wolverhampton Trust, where he continues to contribute to the development of future surgeons. 🤩
